What does Handmade mean?

All wares are all lovingly made by hand, which means no two items are exactly the same. There will be slight variations in size and color. There will be little signs of an item being made by hand. We will try our very best to photograph how each item looks in natural light and with little to no editing of color. All items are food safe unless the description says otherwise. We understand that handmade is not for everyone.

How do I care for my wares?

Items are dishwasher safe, unless otherwise stated. Your pieces will keep its shine longer, if hand washed. The glaze on the items are glass and will get dull over time if washed with abrasive detergents. 

Where we ship

We Ship Worldwide.

We will ship out items every Monday and Friday. We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. If you order more than one item in separate orders to the same address and I can combine multiple items safely in one box, then I will refund any excess postage paid only for US orders. 

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Only US and Canada orders will be eligible to receive tracking. Buyers are responsible for following up with the tracking of their orders and contacting the carrier directly for any questions about tracking. Please be aware that tracking to your delivery point is not available outside of US and Canada orders. International buyers must buy at their own risk.

International buyers are responsible for any customs charges or fees upon arrival of your country. Seller is not responsible for late deliveries, lost packages, and things out of our control after shipment.

Please be aware that international shipping may take up to 1-2 months or longer. 

Returns and Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if there are any problems with your order.

All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Damaged Items

Please report any damaged pieces within 48 hours of delivery. All items are inspected before shipping and should arrive to you in undamaged condition. 

If your order arrives broken:
1. Immediately photograph the package and the broken piece(s).
2. Contact us ASAP to let us know.
3. Keep the packaging AND broken pieces on hand.
